FUTURE

The current project aims to:

• expand Canadian telecommunication expertise for the mining industry;

• identify enabling technologies to support Canadian mine exploitation competitiveness;

• support international research growth on confined and mining environment telecommunications;

• establish in situ research infrastructure;

In the medium term, we should be able to:

• carry on research in collaboration with the Canadian government, mining industry, universities, and also with international researchers;

• become an annual meeting place for the international community doing research for confined or mining environment telecommunications;
